My aim in supervision is to responsively facilitate holistic growth and responsible practice in professionals. I encourage reflexivity, with a particular focus on systemic thinking, the therapeutic relationship, values and ethics. As a psychologist, I stay abreast with recent research and Continued Professional Development to support professionals in staying informed. I believe in using an authentic supervisory relationship to enable helpful and open discussion.

 

TRAINEE PSYCHOLOGISTS

I am passionate about supporting trainees to develop their professional practice and identity, with a focus on self-understanding and high standards of ethical practice within a humanistic framework.  I have experience working with counselling, forensic and clinical psychology trainees.

​

I follow the British Psychological Society standards for the accreditation of Doctoral programmes in psychology.
