Therapy

I often think that, for many, deciding what therapy to choose is similar to me trying to buy a car. I haven't a clue what to go for.  I don't really know anything about cars, but it feels like a big commitment so I don't want to make a mistake.  I therefore research a lot and jump from idea to idea, while trying to hide my complete lack of knowledge about the subject.  Needless to say, I still don't own a car...

With the range of therapies available, similarly where do you start?  Fortunately, my perspective is that you should not try to fit with a therapy. Good therapy should fit with you.  In line with my professional values, and as I am fortunate to be trained in a wide range of therapeutic models, I am in a position to adapt therapy to your individual needs.
